Mr. Jesse Dillon is a senior leader with more than 15 years of experience in ecological restoration. He specializes in the reclamation of lands disturbed by mining and energy extraction. His experience includes natural resources damages assessment, soils and surficial stability evaluations, GIS and statistical analyses, and litigation support. He has completed baseline biological data design and collection, special status species surveys, and impact assessment. He oversees various NEPA and state level permitting as well as reclamation projects across the western U.S., where he applies scientific principles to ensure quality data collection, sound alternative analysis, pragmatic compliance programs, and achievement of bond release. Mr. Dillon’s management style is organized, proactive, and engaging. While he is a consummate scientist, his passion for collaboration, outreach, and education is evident in all aspects of his work product, and his clients’ trust and appreciation.
