Ms. Penny Hunter has more than 15 years of experience in environmental planning, permitting, and closure related services. Her experience includes biological and surface water baseline design and execution, NEPA and state permit application and reviews, CERCLA/Superfund project management, plans of development/operation, impact assessment, wildlife/wetland mitigation programs, human health and ecological risk assessment, due diligence, public testimony, and litigation support. An expert in ecological and human health risk assessment, Ms. Hunter has authored over 15 site-specific risk assessments for private industry clients, USEPA and other federal agencies, and state agencies supporting NEPA, CERCLA/Superfund, and other hazardous waste sites.
